Suprise

As part as the game goes, I am not aware of any suprises in the game until the team decides to announce a sudden one. Perhaps one of the suprises in the game that would catch the player offguard would most definitely be the sound in the game. Because this is a VR game, we have to think about the advantage of using surround sound, 3D sound effects, as well as the creativity in creating the sounds in the dungeon crawler game.

How can this affect the gameplay? In this case, it will alert the players of sudden enemies coming to attack them from behind, signals of new events opening up in the game, or even the strange variety of dancing skeletons(I believe there's one doing the Running Man somewhere...).

The choices that the player could take in response to the sounds or even random twerking skeletons would actually make the gameplay a lot better. The dungeon game isn't about deep, dark, emo melodramas but rather the experience of the bizarre experience that the player faces in the overall gameplay.
